People wouldn't be hyped by this. People would be ashamed. This is literally not Halo lol. This is the closest you can get to "Halo 4" that you can get to Halo. Edit: The gameplay isn't bad. What's bad is the focus, the playlists, what 'is' Halo, and what isn't. Everything showcased is Halo 4, or a "non competitive" Halo. Halo should be defined by Halo 1 - Halo 3, in 2001 - 2010, not Halo 4. The Community wanted Halo 4. The millions of other players wanted Halo. This isn't Halo. Husky Raid is not Halo. It's Halo 4, the CoD clone. Halo is not a game filled with social playlists. Halo 2 had 4. Halo 3 had 6. Both of these had over 10 ranked playlists, focusing on skill to win, focusing on the importance of leveling up. Focused on teamwork or solo play to be better. Focused on knowing how and when to use weapons, knowing where on maps to be, knowing control, knowing call outs, and knowing the game. That is Halo. This is Halo 4 put into the Halo Infinite engine. A game engine the "halo community" only hates because it's too close to the classic Halo's feel.

Grifball doesnt really work properly with Infinite's hammer. The gravity effect doesnt come into play in most cases where vehicles aren't involved, and the windup runs counter to the usual pacing of Grifball

It can’t be that far fetched that 343 could buy the rights to RVB since they have been made using Halo’s stuff… it’s bizarre to me that it would even be a question if 343 has the rights to RvB given that the entire show was using all of the halo games.

It seems 343 can only hit one aspect amazingly each game, Halo 4 had a fantastic story, Halo 5 had a great multiplayer (after a year, with actaul live service) and Infinite has the best core gameplay out of all Halo games

In halo 4 people complained about the multiplayer being bad, halo 5 then had an amazing multiplayer but shit everything else, in halo 5 people complained about the gameplay not feeling like old halo anymore, in halo infinite they focused on making gameplay feel like old halo and everything else was shit for like a whole year, they seem to look at the complaints and then only work on those for the next game

They only released what they had because it’s unfinished.

You say something you will make this. Do it. Those years of development plan were just unfortunate. That dmr was only released because it was unfinished at launch. Guess what the falcon is unfinished since release. I bet you they will try to release it. But they have the time to make enough cosmetics that were not even a mesh from the beginning? Haven’t confirmed yet but it seemed like they let off all of their animators. I become to doubt that even without Covid lockdowns causing their internet provider to limit their data usage by a year and half is bet they still try to release it in this state earlier. 343 never also abandoned the very engine that caused them issues every launch after 4.

Most games have unfinished content they later release bungie literally did it constantly reach launched with no MP original maps and left unfinished mock ups for 343 to finish for reach as a prime example in halo
