There are some scenes that were censored because of sensitive subject matters, but is still very well animated and hinted: Silky as a mother is seemed to be a sex worker but also work tons of different jobs at the same time because of her financial struggles, as the first scene of her flashbacks shows her waking up of what is actually a love hotel, and the money on the table looks like what her client has left. She didn’t actually die on the streets nor get hit by a car. The scene of her dancing actually took place on the roof of her apartment building, as the starry sky and all the sparkles hints that they were city lights, and it looked like a surface of water because it was raining. And when she did a backflip on the last scene it was actually her jumping off and killing herself, as very soon after the scene u can hear the loud stump and a blackout. It is such a beautiful episode and the whole story and animation is just so well done and heartbreaking :/

19:53 She didn't necessarily have power. Kids are more in tune with nature and have higher chance of seeing ghosts, or so we believe. But then it's lost over time as they become adults.

Holy cow Episode 7... This episode and Fan Letter, truly the highlight of the year for me. The whole direction, scenery, storytelling, music in this episode was cinema at its FINEST! I freaking love animation man...

21:43 Acro Silky was essentially Aira’s surrogate mother as Aira was her surrogate daughter. So yes they are mother and daughter although not in traditional manner. That is why what Aira did was working and gave Acro Silky peace thus went into afterlife instead of the Void.
