Zion there is no reason why this house should cost this amount and you know it yourself your house in Kasoa is just like this property and you didn’t buy it anywhere around this price ,you should lecture your sellers about selling properties in Ghana if they are in abroad there’s little to no infrastructure in kasoa for this property to cost this much. Even if they wanna add profit it shouldn’t be this much . Majority of average working Ghanaians will never see or touch 100,000$ in their lifetime but properties are selling for this extravagant prices . You have to do better.
