Uhh, yeah? He's Brian Shaw. Why are you surprised? Don't get me wrong, I know that experience, technique and form are extremely important in arm wrestling. However, strength and size are too. There are certain extreme situations such as this one between Brian Shaw and Auden Larratt, that Auden's experience and skill doesn't matter. Brian's immense strength and size overpower it. It's the same situation between Devon and Levan. Devon has way more experience and skill. But Levan's size and power simply overpowers it.
