@TheMircast I was the same as you when I first started and said I could quit whenever I wanted. Well, a few a week turned into a few a day and now I smoke about a pack a day. I have been smoking for 10 years. My breathing is already starting to go, I get shortness of breath quite a lot and I cough up nasty green shit. I have tried to quit 3 times and 4 or 5 days is the longest I got. Withdrawal from nicotine is the worst, it is all you think about. Quit now while you're ahead. Trust me.

My dad quit smoking for my birthday. I applaud him because I know it's not an easy thing to accomplish.

Quit over 6 months ago, best choice of my life. Been on the other side and I know how angry you can get when non-smokers tell you to quit, but all smokers no matter what they say or how they play it off know they are hurting there bodies, and yes even though we all die in the end we shouldn't help the process along, leaving our loved ones earlier, and suffering a bitter regretful end.

@rangerinthehood if i can eat less then 1/4 of a normal meal a day and go on for three months , people should have no place to say that one cant quit smoking. its all in ur mind. of course its not easy to get through those days. its not comfortable, but its easy all u got to do is not smoking. not like jumping off an airplane or something
