I'm from South America (Argentina specifically) and milk over here is almost exclusively a breakfast (or tea time, which we call "merienda") thing. With cereal, with cocoa powder mixed in, or alone. It's so common, that a synonym for "having breakfast" or "having tea time" is "tomar la leche" (basically "drink milk"). In fact, this is the reason why the joke of evil or insane characters liking milk in some media (like Homelander in The Boys) is completely lost on us. At most, we understand it might be a play on the character being childish (because a lot of people "outgrow" milk for tea or coffee), but that's as far as it goes. Of course we also use milk in a lot of recipes, but I have never, ever seen somebody drink milk with their lunch or dinner. A milkshake with a meal is also extremely rare, I've only seen it in places that specifically ape American diners. The only time I've ever had a milkshake with a meal myself was at Comic Strip Café in Universal Orlando. It was a great experience and I'm not against doing that again, but I did have one of those "Freestyle" glasses for unlimited soda refills, so the milkshake was more like a "pre-dessert" thing for me and not "the drink" of my meal. "The drink" in this case was Sprite. I wonder if milk with meals is an exclusively American thing, or if other parts of the world do this as well.

Liquid IV is powdered Gatorade with twice the sodium and twice the sugar to try and cover up the sodium taste. I have no idea how they get away with saying adding salt to your water hydrates you more. It's mostly fine but most people aren't sweating enough to need extra sodium in their diet.

In Argentina we pretend to be all fancy shmancy and call bagged milk with the word "sachet", which literally means "bag" in French. I suspect the massive waves of European immigration in the late 19th and early 20th century had something to do with this.

The popcorn butter thing isn't the issue. I mean, it obviously isn't real butter but the reason people get sick is usually because of the people working the counter. Those machines are rarely cleaned and when they are, it's usually not done as well as it should be. Old rotten oil would build up in the bottom corners and we'd have to scrape it out once a month. I also worked multiple theatres where employees never washed their hands. Watched one of my coworkers reach deep down into the back of his trousers with his bare hand and then use the same hand to lift out a handful of really hot popcorn to his mouth. I'd never eat the stuff knowing that.

I'll admit, I was a little disappointed when I saw both "inspired by Galaxy's Edge" and "vanilla flavored" on the same package. I've had vanilla milk plenty of times (Kemps always had baseball themed vanilla milk in the summer) but I haven't been to Galaxy's Edge. It was tasty, sure, but nothing earth shattering. We found a bomb pop flavored Liquid IV at target that is excellent. I like adding them to my water in the summer because it does seem like I re-hydrate faster and don't get those awful midnight leg cramps.

johnny it sounds like you're casein sensitive, not lactose interolant. pop 2 lactaid next time and you'll fair much better. also look out for anything with caramel or caramel flavoring, that has a lot of casein in it.
