Unfortunately, in most cases, the main reason why the battery fails is, that the cells are too “weak” to hold the peak power of the controllers, so when you push it hard and the voltage drops, the bms just cuts the power off, because of the battery damage (which otherwise can happen).

Well i knew that the cheap quality that the Chinese are known for would effect the batteries on these scooters. Its best to replace both the controllers and the batteries. Both are trash

@@illuminatedperspectives2894 I’ve had this issue on mine Xtron T88 with 50A controllers paired with some shitty chinese battery, which was advertised as “panasonic”. Yes, panasonic my ass, it was some shitty chinese cells which were probably fine to use in a powerbanks or so, definitely not in an escoot that powerfull. I have a custom built LG battery now, paired with the original controllers and it works just great. So yes- the batteries are crap, I would never ever buy any chinese escoot from BG/ALI ever again, lesson learned (extra 1000 eur for the 40Ah LG battery pack)…

​@@honzalouma9583 Yes true story, but in my case there is lots of issue with mechanic damaged as U can see in this video. Ofcourse next one are low quality cells which in many cases can't handle amperage of the controllers ( BUT this is different story ;) )

I have a question .. i bought new back Motor for es19 i Install Landbraker Motor .. all fixed well but the Motor Turn backwards . How can i change it so the Motor Drive normaly Front ? Thx for answer help ..

​@@75mustango tubeless (Ti30) is better than inner tube, otherwise they're pretty much the same except the Halo got a back rest, but those split rims are weak and inner tube sucks either way, so i'd get the ti30

my custom battery I had made wont take a charge the voltage is 51v, when I connect the charger it charges at .1 amps then goes down its weird...Would you be willign to fix this its got sanyo cells 52V

Can you try to replace the single rode stem of the es18 with the dual stem of the ti30 ?

Both scooters are similar to the folding mechanism so it is a simple swap.

For the up details if I use 21700 16S12P 40T samsung = BMS size ????? If I use 16S1P pouch cell Sk 66Ah = BMS size ??? Regards

Piracie, może nie do końca pod dobrym filmem pytam ale masz większe doświadczenie w hulajnogach, jaki powinien być zasięg dla 30, 35 lub 38ah hulajnóg z mocą 5600w, 60v? Od niedawna używam klonu Laotie i mam jakiś mały zasięg jak na tak dużą pojemność, z 20ah wykręcałem 50km przy mniejszej mocy w innym sprzęcie, tutaj zasięg wychodził mi przy 15-18st 75km.

pewnie wiesz ze na twoje pytanie nie ma odpowiedzi ;), cos ala " Kupilem sobie toyote supre , raz spali mi 15l na 100 a raz 50l, czemu ? " . Pojemnosc baterii w Ti30 jest okolo 1800-2000wh , realnie kontrolery wyciskaja okolo 5000w, raz wcisniesz w gaz w podloge i doslownie wsysa baterie. Czym zimniej tym mniejsza realna pojemnosc. Jak jest 28C masz maxa 100%, przy 10c jest 75% , przy 0C jest moze 50% , przy -10 jest 25-35% . Bateria przy kazdym ladowaniu rozladowaniu traci pojemnosc moc ( zywotnosc). Ciezko dokladnie odpowiedziec na twoje pytanie 🚀🍻

Wiem wiem, nie doprecyzowałem pytania, oczywiście chodziło mi o jazdę z w miarę stałą prędkością bez szaleństw, wiem czego się spodziewać po temperaturze zewnętrznej, lecz w mojej mniejszej bestii zasięg nie zmienia się tak diametralnie, po 4kkm pojemność chińskich ogniw 19ah niewiele się pogorszyła, nadal jestem w stanie wycisnąć z nich 50km przy 20st+, jesienią spokojnie 40-45km z GPS 😁 tu chyba rzeczywiście trzeba będzie inaczej operować gazem. Jaki największy zasięg udało Ci się zrobić przy wspomnianych wyżej pojemnościach akumulatora?

@@nivchu 75km to naprawdę sporo. Mi w TI30 nie udało się dobić 50km a bateria na 100% jest sprawna. Podobnie z techlife x9. 30-40km zazwyczaj.
