You should see if you can get a plugin setup to make the player model itself invisible while keeping the hit boxes there. Like see through to normal players but cheats would still see. Don't know shit about rust to know it that would even be possible. But it would be the so easy to show they're cheating

At this point these cheaters probably know you go outside their base/sleeping/standing always in the same Hazmat. Should try crouching closer to the base but give yourself full metal gear and rocket launcher on your back. See the reaction then, they'll think you're going to raid them because like I said they all probably watch your videos and know you always do this stuff in the exact same Hazmat with AK. you need to change your appearance/gear.
