This is how I deal with first time customers

In this video I’m going over the process on how I deal with first time clients. What kind of questions I ask them before detailing. This is key to having great detailing service. It’s important to always communicate with your clients to make sure you give them what they need !! I will be going over step by step how to do an interior detail. We cover over how I clean leather and condition the surface. Also ways to extract and steam carpets. What are the best chemicals for car detail on the interior. Make sure to tune in to see what carpet cleaning and stain chemicals I love to use and that works for me. I know at times it’s hard to find the best chemicals for interior detailing. I actually have the chemical guys air freshener sample pack because occasionally I will get people who wants it and they like 30 bucks for 4 ounces of all their scents I rarely use them, but I just have them just because it’s nice to have.

I don’t have the tornador or a steamer. I’m new to interior detailing so I’m definitely looking for ways to get it clean and do it faster. I have bilt hamber surfex hd which is an all purpose cleaner, I also use the rag company creature towels which has one side low pile and the other side high pile, I also have scrub ninjas, brushes and a drill brush. I don’t know if what I have is enough or if there’s some other things that I could get that isn’t necessarily as expensive as an air compressor or steamer. Let me know how I can use what I have for interior detailing and what I can add to my lineup. I love your content, thanks.

For exterior I just use a garden hose and I have the Ik foam pro 12 which is a pump foamer

Honestly you can just use rinseless in a bucket, no hose or pressure washer needed.

I have a question. When you tell your clients about your price. Do they ever complain or try to low ball you? How do you make your clients pay for your price?

Hey how is it going ? So I’m straight up with clients about prices I give them starting prices but they do try to low ball or negotiate with you. But it’s on how serious you take your self and your business. It’s usually the first time Clients that do this. Do when the service is complete you need to send them a invoice with the breakdown and price they will take you more serious then just giving them a total then ask for cash or Venmo

Why do so many detailers use cheap ass garbage products? Any product sold in big box stores is garbage for the most part especially anything from marketing guys
