Silver is very inconsistent with game balance. That's because junglers don't really know how to play the game yet. So for toplaners it's very tough cause the game can be over before you leave the lane... I found the most success with support, because you can really impact the game helping adc and the rest of the team roaming. I feel like the only way to be consistent as top, is to get really fed and and hard carry
