The full CDR build is the Nemesis build and it’s so good, I go that every game now, no CD on your E and being able to max orb every ult feels so nice, and kitting feels really good with cosmic

Syndra was my first main! I just really don’t like the delay/cast time on Q->E, it feels very strange. But hitting Q,E,R on enemy ADC and oneshotting is so satisfying. Plus 150g from First Strike with the sound effect.

Bully and scale, watchout for jungle skirmishes early on (weak-ish) on mages in general. Watch out for match-ups that rely on cheees/cringe (yone, irelia, trist, yasuo etc)
