That's true but India is too huge and disparity and lack of education amongst the people is the reason. No wonder, we have to enact programmes about cleanliness but slowly it is getting changed. To have a country like maintain discipline, it needs robust measures but I guess we are on the right path and hopefully in a generation, we will reach there. The sheer numbers in population, the diversity, the disparity and so on in India is mindboggling and it is even more mindboggling it is still surviving and thriving. Indian are loved in Iraq because, throughout the Iran-Iraq war, India helped Iraq and Saddam Hussain. Later when Iraqi armies invaded Kuwait, not a single Indian resident there was inconvenienced. The Indians gave the patrolling Iraqi soldiers water, tea, and food because these were initially in short supply. @nikhilkurdekar2583 Read the comment again, please. Even if some of ancient mesopotamia is located in modern-day Syria or Iran, it doesn't mean that it's Syrian or Iranian, too, because borders were different back then and because all the Mesopotamian Empires and city states were born in Iraq and they(Sumerians, Akkadians, Assyrians and Babylonians) of course spread their territories and ruled other lands outside of mesopotamia such as Lebanon and even Egypt at one time. That doesn't make Lebanon or Egypt part of mesopotamia. The same way lebanon and Palestine are not part of the Egyptian civilisation today, although they were part of the Egyptian empire or rule at one time.
