You spend relatively enough for your situation. I live in Oakville, Ontario I pay 2900(monthly) for a 2b 2bth and 350 for insurance for the year…groceries are like 250 for two weeks(mother n teenage son) parking is 100….95 for Bell and Im also on that introductory plan…hydro (heat, water n electricity) 120….phone plan 100 (both of us) and in terms of eating out or uber eats that like 100 per month….thats it. Thanks for the vid Sis!

Apartment insurance in places the require it is usually for flood insurance more than anything. And call your internet provider and tell them your deal ran out and you need a new one. They give discounts out to anyone who takes the time to call and ask. You said you're in public health care? you probably get corporate discounts on hotels. If they make small talk about being in town for work, politely agree and don't say anything about it. I've gotten as much as 50% off a room.

Yes girl! Ontario period is like the most expensive place to live! Those rent prices are great in London! I pay more than that for a basement apartment in Peel region 😪 (however I have in suite laundry) and girl 400$ on groceries for just you 🤯 I have a 3 year old child and I spend around that (sometimes more) and thought I was spending too much lol! 🤣 …. Don’t get me started with the car! I DO NOT advise financing a vehicle. If you can buy something cash and not have monthly payments aside from insurance- that’s the best way to go! I regret financing with a passion! Cars are depreciating assets so there’s no need to spend crazy amounts on them… insurance should be alot cheaper in London tho compare to T.O … 💕
@elyseb.50292 жыл бұрын
Yes! Totally agree. I love my car and it help me so much in my day to day life, but it cut my leg in two financially 😂! I don't know for insurance in Toronto (I'm in london) but my dad is in quebec and he pays like 4x less than me 😱. Car insurance is crazy in Ontario.

@novellprice1322 жыл бұрын
Agreed with you Chante, especially when it comes to financing a Car. Don't get me wrong, it is good if one is rich to do so. But if one isn't rich, it just not worth it. I agree with you especially on that. And also definitely agree with you in that Cars are truly depreciating assets. The only exception is only if it is an antique Car. Because Antique Cars (good old fashioned cars) appreciates in Value due to the less supply of them in the market. The rich people such as Multimillionaires tends to possess Antique Cars. Regardless, God bless...
