Tortilla recipe:
Onions - 1 head.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Parsley.
Dill.
Minced pork - 500 gr.
Garlic - 2 cloves.
Salt.
Pepper.
Sunflower oil.
Tomato sauce - 150 ml.
Salt.
Pepper.
Tortilla - 5 pcs.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) for 35-40 minutes.
