This is how my grandmother made bread without an oven during the war in my country.

Let's make soft homemade bread!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
300 ml of warm water.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
5 g of dry yeast.
Mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
450 g of flour.
40 g of flax seeds.
40 ml of vegetable oil.
Oil the table.
Lubricate the bottom of the pan with oil.
Cover with a towel and set aside for 40 minutes.
Cook covered on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Cover with parchment paper and a suitable plate.
Turn the bread over with the paper and cook covered for 15 minutes over low heat.
Put it on the rack and let the bread cool.
Everything is ready.
It turned out very nice and tasty.
I suggest you look at another option for baking bread without an oven in a pan.
450 g of flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
5 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
320 ml of kefir (room temperature).
40 ml of vegetable oil.
We mix.
Lubricate your hand with oils.
Lubricate the bowl with oil.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Oil the table.
Lubricate the bottom of the pan with oil.
Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
Bake the bread, covered, on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Cover with parchment paper and a suitable plate.
Turn the paper over and cook, covered, for 15 minutes over low heat.
Put it on the rack and let it cool.
Our delicious bread is ready.
