Nothing about this property is worth even half a million. Terrible interior, house design basic and displeasing walls with all those hanging outdoor air condition units. Not to even talk of those China doors. For a million dollars I expect to see an entire driveway coupled with properly manicured landscaping possibly with a pool that stretches far and wide, and an interior that speaks class, elegance and wealth. To call such an amount for this bare minimum basic property is just extortion and greed that only indicates the owner of this property has no eye for beauty, quality and class. Ghanaian developers, house owners and realtors, do better.
