Yes we buy pre construction and laws are very clear but in Uganda we have a problem of rule of law that is the major problem

From experience, a tiler counted for me 450sqm of the general house. little did I know the filthy secret. I went to the shop and bought every bit of tile, colours with him to avoid cheating. However, at the end of the day after finishing the whole tiling, around 25 boxes were remaining. At first I was happy but remember you pay the tiler according to sqms to be tiled. All the labour money had been paid ahaaa...
