I went to a Montessori. They let us do gardening and supervised cooking and had story time. I was allowed to play by myself and no one bothered me, it was very peaceful. I never understood the whole school system, it didn't seem very beneficial and I hated waking up early and dragging myself to class. My brain is basically switched off until the afternoon but we were expected to get there at 7am and sit at a desk for hours trying not to doze off. At least in university I could choose night classes. I enjoyed Some high school classes but felt sorry for those who didn't and struggled through it.

i feel like i always talk about how synchronistic your videos are, but this one really really resonated and came at just the perfect time . love that autosuggestion so much. also, it would be wonderful if you and Danielle had an event in NYC :)

I'm lucky in that I learn well through reading and when alone, so I'm more suited to traditional subjects and the school study system. The other styles of learning include but aren't limited to experiential, interpersonal (like group synergy and learning well in groups), mathematical, auditory, visual, and many many more. Bf is a visual learner, I always found it fascinating. I first realized how well he learnt visually when I was scrolling through my phone to show him a picture and I kid you not, I passed a picture of me so quickly that even I barely saw it. A few weeks later I wore some earrings and he said "Oh those were the earrings you wore with that dress in the garden?" I was so confused, I had never posted the picture anywhere and neither does he have an Insta. So he said, "You scrolled past it a few weeks back." I was like..."No there's no way you remembered that" and he thinks I'm smart.

I'm reading a book by Susan Shumsky, DD. Anyone care to read as well and discuss? Very much in line with lectures here, "still small voice", etc.

If they actually wanted to help people, school should just be about learning emotional regulation, flow, know thyself, focused attention, meditation, understanding vibration, spiritual and ancestral healing. Those should each be separate classes. Then the world would be much improved and whoever wanted to study actual topics like law or medicine would find that it comes naturally after school, from a higher plane. We'd be having more inventions, less crime, more advances in medicine and more fulfilling personal lives aligned with our higher selves.

Can you talk about how to deal with the recent election results? Can you empathize that many people are feeling grief in the US and share insights into how to cope and transcend from this?

When I went through the same thing in 2020 I practiced "radical acceptance." While I was going through Cognitive behavioral therapy for sobriety counseling in 2017, it was presented to me by the counselor. When Biden won I had to get out the workbook . And I did 7-day mental diet by Emmet Fox. In fact that's when I first discovered Joseph.
