Mortal Reminder's passive is actually more useless than LDR in this match. The passive for LDR is actually good against chogath, if the chogath was better, it would have been easier to see. But Mortal reminders passive is actually useless on sion, because all his physical damage spells already cc/slow. The base stats of Mortal reminder are higher, but not enough to beat out LDR's passive, even if it only hits cho. Now lets say he was facing a non-tank top, he probably wouldn't go either.
