Also if you fail dont get angry on yourself. Negative emotions are closely linked to demotivation and self sabotage. Just accept that everyone is different and some people have more bad days than others. Then get back on track

i actually agree with this like often i don’t acknowledge that i’m doing something simple and i often go into autopilot say like brushing your teeth but i’m not planning on forgetting the times i was depressed and doing simple stuff was hard for me like making my bed, opening my curtains, brushing my teeth are all things that i can take motivation from (i wrote this comment for myself)

For those still struggling with sleep. Try paradoxical intention. When you can't sleep, just stare blankly at the dark at night. Don't touch your phone even though you're bored. Do nothing and don't even worry about how important it is for you to sleep early. Your worries are what's keeping you awake.

Ive tried all that plus more for better sleep and nothing changed. People become more confident each time they get their desired results. I wonder what happens to the brain everytime we put in mountains of effort just to receive the result of a peanut. This can be very discouraging and unmotivating. How do we over come the awareness of our bad luck. It's hard not to assume your next efforts are gonna return void like the rest.

When you reward specifically the effort/hard work, the idea is you'll get a dopamine release, which will reinforce the idea that putting in effort is rewarding. This will motivate you by making hard things seem gratifying, just because it's hard. -Some mf that's into Magick

And you can build a bond with a specific location like When youbonly use your bed for sleep , study table for reading , and garden for workout it will be locked in your mind when to sleep study and workout , as the location is only use for the specific thing you want like youre not going to bath in your garden as the bond is established with your bathroom !

I worked on my internal locust of control, and now I am too afraid to make decisions. I believe that if I make choices, I will only bring more pain into my life, and that of my son's. It is paralyzing. Sometimes, it is blaming oneself too much, taking things too personally, that is the problem with motivation.
