I just went through a really weird negative cycle but it came with all these positive synchronicities. Now I realize I needed those setbacks because I was getting stuck in toxic positivity/toxic spirituality and my higher self needed me to see that I can making no progress yet still be whole and complete. No such thing as always uphill. Everything in life occurs in up down waves. The frequencies we're on are literal waves.

What you are doing is Great! found your channel a week ago and have been binge watching your videos, long story short I am 29 years old, and I had to go back to live with my parents, and they listen to no sense BS youtubers washing their brains that the past 18th september was the end of the world, constantly talking about the antichrist etc, right now I am starting a couple of online shops and your videos and Nero (another youtuber) have been helping me SO MUCH to not lower my vibration and this time really go higher, so yes, def you must be doing God's will by helping me and alot of people, donating tomorrow! 😁

Darkkess usually grows so much inside that you can see them and feel them. Then when you notice them FIRST TIME just stop and do that what you are saying. Look inside and ask higher perspective. Once I heard storie, someone has feeling pain from that darkness and it was like understanding from many years. Then came some close person and try touch and comfort. Person refused, because finally pain was felt. It is hetter feeling through that and get moving, than do not feel and live like same. Clarity and answers usually come after. Bless you ❤✨

I had a big breakthrough recently. There was a video from someone similar, but it had more of a 'Everything is beautiful, there are no real challenges, don't feel bad about anything..." and I had enough. I left a comment saying "No, I *DO* feel like things suck at the moment, I *DO* feel like I keep failing at stuff, I don't feel like letting it go, I'm sick of feeling bad about feeling bad"...and so on and so forth. And then I felt better. I actually have found a path training to be a counsellor and it's actually going really well but the realisation was "No, I feel bad, and lost and it sucks and I hate it. That's it" Worked for me!

I hope everyone understands that knowledge for when to rest is essential. Emotional matters can drain much more of your energy than physical endeavors of any kind, particularly for empaths. Two energy gaps in the tonic Sol-Fa. The one right before the note "do" of the next ascending octave requires more energy than the first. It can be deflating when after rolling through the notes in synchronicity you seemingly hit a wall or gap of energy. Rest. An outter energy will interact within and you will know to continue, or remain and begin towards a different ascending octave. I didn’t know you are a pieces . Feb. 21 for me . The terrain there looks rough like the foothills in Ca . I lived in Ca. Not too far from where you lived . The High Desert is where i worked and lived for 20 years . The Victor Valley , well Apple Valley . Lives maybe a mile from where Roy Roger’s and Dale Evan’s used to live .. Your doing good with your explaining the main topics of moving on through life’s wonderful up’s and downs . What if you know you're meant for something else, something greater, not that your life is bad at the moment, you just know deep down there's more to it, but you don't have the energy or motivation to pursue it at the moment. So you just accept how things are for the time being, trusting that this is part of your evolution and trusting in the universe guiding and pushing you to your higher calling when it's time for you to move there. The thing is, sometimes you may confuse that with being in the comfort zone, and you may truly have to do something about it. I am just thinking out loud here.

2 years away from retirement so I’d never switch careers now. Love my job too. Grateful for your videos and perspective. See, sometimes I sabotage my vibration and don’t worry about it. I figure it’s like wearing a weighted spiritual vest. If you can function all messed up and not even struggle through it, you’ll be laughing for no reason when you resurface. It’s like weight training. And if I’m always worried about maximizing everything, it’s like a mental lack or worry. Aren’t we fine as we are? I don’t have to win, let some go getter win. If that’s how they are, I hope it works for them. I like this. I think for me, choosing a more relaxed approach and not needing or wanting to maximize my frequency leads to a higher frequency. I remember being called soft hearted when I was younger. When people would argue it made me upset. When I had sights set on going to the cabin for a weekend or week with my older bro but his schedule didn't sync so we had to call off the trip I got upset. Emotion is not a sign of weakness.
