He got plenty of time last year and although you can clearly see his talent he still had very poor decision making and head down dribbling last season. I hope Kompany can improve his skills though!

I hope so as he's one of my favourite players. But I don't have that high hopes to be honest since Kane is still there. I'm starting to think that a loan to get him some consistent gametime would be good

I saw a livestream on kick where they discussed the bundesliga. Alot of Bayern fans criticized him because of his results with Burnley. But thats a bit unfair no? Even Pep wouldnt make burnley good 😂 What do you guys reckon?

What i like is that he s still a " player" deep inside and he knows how to behave. TT was cool at interviews,witty BUT i always believed he was lacking something between him and his players

TT always blamed the Team in interviews when it was a bad game and never took a failure on his side. Bayern should be glad to be without TT. Vincent seems to be a good Match

Er spricht die die Sprache der Spieler, er ist voll dabei und feuert seine Jungs an. Auch schön dass er auf dem Dorf , einfach offen ist und auf die Leute zugeht, Das könnte was werden mit Vincent Company.

@@WolfgangHäussler ich habe bis jetzt nur kommentare gelsesen die sich über TESTSPIELE beschweren ich kann solche leute nicht ab haben die Testspiele sind dafür da um die Jugend spieler zu fördern und die Rotation ist in Testspielen wichtig, dass alle wieder reinkommen !

Kompany ist unglaublich sympathisch und hat eine sehr angenehme und ruhige Art. Ich drücke ihm wirklich ganz fest die Daumen und hoffe wirklich, dass er die Möglichkeiten und vor allem die Zeit vom Verein erhält, die er benötigt.

Is klar!Mit dem Goretzka kann man sich ja auch so gut unterhalten,darum wird die Lusche schon seit Jahren von der Presse gehupt!Der Company braucht nicht nett sein,wer keine seiner Bezahlung entsprechende Leistung bringt verrottet so lange auf der Bank bis ihn keiner mehr kennt.Das ist Motivation 😂

Es ist schön zu sehen, wie Kompany seine Philosophie in das Spiel einbringt und aus jedem Spieler das Beste herausholt. Anfangs war ich skeptisch, aber inzwischen glaube ich, dass uns eine großartige Saison mit ihm als Trainer bevorsteht. Er hat das Talent, das Maximum aus jedem Spieler herauszuholen, und besonders unsere jungen Talente wird er unglaublich fördern.

Ich stehe voll und ganz hinter Vincent ❤🤍 dafür das es das allererste Testspiel war, und nur mit 10% des eigentlich A Kaders war das sehr gut, 95% Ballbesitz (klar es ist jetzt kein 1 Ligist, aber trotzdem eine solide Leistung, schade nur das jetzt schon Leute wieder was zum meckernd suchen weil keine 20 Tore gefallen sind… ohne zu wissen das sonst immer die A Mannschaft gespielt hat… MiaSanMia ❤🤍

Schade das viele nur meckern und nicht fähig sind sich annähernd so zu informieren wie du. Die meisten heulen nur das es unter 20 Tore waren und wissen nichtmal wer jetzt und letztes Jahr so gespielt hat

Yes it was just Rottach-Egern but I think you already could see how he potentially wants to implement a more offensive football against opponents that are defending deep. Sure against counters there is still some work to be done but I think we will see a 3-4-3 with the ball and a 5-4-1 against the ball

Kompany passt eindeutig viel besser zum FC Bayern *die Stimmung in allen Mannschaftsbereichen ist aus meiner Sicht viel besser als wie unter Tuchel. Einfach seine lockere und offene Art kommt insgesamt gut an, da verstehe ich warum sich Eberl und Freund für Ihn entschieden haben. Auch ist zu merken das Kompany nicht so extrem im Fokus steht wie noch Zufuhr ein Nagelsmann, finde man merkt das Er durch seine England Zeit die nötige Lockerheit mitbringt und für die Medien nicht ganz so im Fokus steht wie das bei einem JN der Fall war. Müsste ich Trainer einstufen die am schlechtesten bei Bayern gearbeitet haben, ganz klar für mich Tuchel, Klinsmann, Carlo alle 3 haben trotz ihrer Erfolge zu 0% zum FC Bayern gepasst in keiner ihrer Phasen hatte man den Eindruck da könnte etwas entstehen. Tja Name und Titel machen zwangsläufig nicht zwingend aus Dir einen guten Trainer und mal ganz ehrlich, dass Tuchel die CL geholt hat mit Chelsea war ja eher mehr Zufall als gewollter Fußball. Ich drück auf jeden Fall den Kompany die Daumen und das Er uns wieder in erfolgreiche Zeiten führt mit zugleich Mannschafts Teamgeist was am Ende einer jeden Spielzeit vllt 1,2 neue Leistungsträger (Talente hervorbringt) 👍👌💯💪❤
