Pan sauté thawed frozen burritos until skin is crisped. Then place in a baking casserole and cover with canned chili, sharp cheddar and chopped onions. Broil for 10 minutes and then enjoy these easy, yummy chimichangas.

Thanks for the info on the cuts of corned beef. I never noticed that before. I haven't had them in years, but used to warm a frozen burrito and pour canned chili over it. That is a good, filling meal for very little money.

How often do you sanitize your fresh water tank ? Like any container over time becomes contaminated, and the process is easy to do, but sadly to often forgotten and not on to many's regular maintenance 'To Do' list. I make a similar dish just for myself with one frozen burrito and half a can of chili with a slice of cheese between the burrito and the chili and microwaved whole darn thing. Oh and don't forget a side of tortilla chips, Good Eats

I went in last year with just my truck and decided not to pull my trailer in. It was too bad too because the lake is beautiful. Love pumpkin. My Simon kitty sleeps there on travel days too. Enjoy. The lake is way fuller this year

We have filled our Class C many times with our 5 gallon water jugs. It's slow going but sometimes there is no other option. That road down to the lake was crazy! I can see why some of your friends say no way. The views are beautiful though.

I like the chimichangas in that brand. Thanks for sharing that quick to assemble casserole which I definitely will try. I usually defrost two chimichangas, sauté chopped onions, then add the chimi’s to the pan so as to brown up, toss in some canned mild diced green chilies, top off with salsa and shredded cheese, let it simmer and melt, top off with sliced black olives, dollop of sour cream and serve with lettuce, tomato, avocado etc. 😋

What’s not to love about that recipe? Every couple years I buy burritos and that’s the exact one I buy. I just pop them in the microwave and then put all those things on top, but I like your idea better. I can’t wait to try it.

Here in Chile we don’t get one use bags. You have to carry your reusable bag or buy another bag. I forget my bag all the time, now I have a closet full of reusable bags, I give them to all my neighbors.
