Seasoned WDW traveler here. We just got back from DL a few days ago, second trip. First off the castle, we giggle at it everytime, we're just so use to our big'ol thang lol. Also the park feels more crowded (walking paths, stores, etc) then it actually is. Lastly try not to compare it to The World. Treat it like a separate park and enjoy it's history and charm. You can compare each attraction to our own " home attraction" but that really isn't the point lol.You can definitely feel the history and you can definitely feel Walt walking next to you! We enjoyed our trip! Hope you enjoy yours!

Dress in layers is your best bet. Bring something like a light sweater and a jacket. Check and see if it might rain too. I'm in northern California and its so cold! 50 degrees!!!

Southern California is usually pretty dang warm all year long. We've had pretty mild seasons too because it's not raining much. But ever since I moved to new england i've missed the 60 degree weather! Enjoy the nice weather while you guys are there and have fun at disneyland!!!!

This is why I love visiting both Disneyland and WDW in December/January. Me and mine can literally walk around in shorts and T-shirts on those days when y'all are freezing and don't want to stay in the parks. :D I hope the two of you are having a grand adventure at DL!

I hope you guys have a fun and safe Disneyland trip! I'm beyond stoked for you to finally be visiting Disneyland after all these years. Great plan on doing AdamTheWoo style vlogs to upload while you're there to save time from editing. I can't wait to see all your Disneyland vlogs from the trip when you get back, including hearing all the amazing stories you'll have to share. As much as i'm looking forward to the footage, be sure you two also make some time to relax and enjoy it all. You earned this trip, so take it easy on yourselves. From one Floridian to another, that is so true about us not fully understanding weather. We can barely even predict the rain lol. I know ya'll are already there and having a blast! I am from middle of Georgia so we get all kinds of weather up here. If its in the 60's shortsleeve shirt with a light jacket or just wear a long sleeve shirt. Cooler weather, long sleeve and jacket. Have a great time!!

So I live in Florida now but grew up in Minnesota and New Mexico, also lived in North Dakota for four years before moving here. The weather is going to be hard! You really won't know until you get there, it's going to be trial and error on the clothing :// Even though Minnesota and North Dakota are right next to each other the weather is SO far off from each other. I'm sure y'all will be fine! By the way, that music cabinet is beautiful and the history behind it is great. I hope you two have a great time I can tell you are so excited!

Jazz Kitchen is a Must DO!!! Brunch is amazing!!! (you really have to do the beignets) also single rider lines available for Matterhorn, Indiana Jones, Splash Mountain, Radiator Springs Racers

When you guys get to disneyland you gotta go on the Story book canal boats, its kind of an underrated attraction. It was one of walts favourite rides, and has tiny scaled models of castles and such from some of the more well known disney movies. Well I hope you have an awesome trip!

Definitely go to In in Out... you'll love it. I am from L.A and have gone to DL many times :) You really don't need to layer, it's not that cold out (nothing compared to NYC weather). As long as you wear some jeans, shirt, and a warm sweater you'll be fine. You may want to add a scarf at night if you'd like.

In N'Out is perfect. Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen is great, it's at Downtown Disney next to Disneyland Hotel. I recommend French Market Restaurant in New Orleans Square, the Mint Julep is a must!

I always add a splash of milk to my scrambled eggs. It does make them fluffier. And ketchup is a must! I'd think you would be ok with hoodies or sweatshirts for 60 degrees. Whenever it hits 60 degrees in the winter for us, its like a heat wave. We are instantly in shorts and hoodies (its an Iowa thing). Have fun in CA!!

Just remember it's always a warmer 60 with sun than 60 at night. You should be fine with sweatshirts or a light jacket. It's only the coldest temp at sunrise. I went there from Chicago with my gf for New Years once and we had sweatshirts on for most of the time. But that was only cuz 20 degrees is much colder than 60. Have fun and please film parts of mr toads wild ride and who framed roger rabbit ride

ooh dear idk why I thought that you guys have lived in different states before settling in Orlando. I hope you guys won't be too cold. as a Floridian who has also lived in Illinois and Michigan, I can tell you that the "warm" "winter" clothes that they sell in Florida are inadequate for most cold conditions. the warm gear they sell here is for "Florida cold," which is 65F. at any rate, like you guys said, this'll give you guys the opportunity to get some Disneyland outerwear. well, have fun!

Between 40 and 60 is cold for us Disneylanders too, lol. It's definitely not as cold as it was in November, I wore an undershirt, t-shirt, hoodie, AND another sweatshirt when I went out to DCA at night, it was ridiculous! With a heavy sweatshirt you guys should be okay, if not just wear a couple t-shirts under! I'm so excited to see how you like our park! Hope you guys have some hand lotion, it's dry as heck.

I had this problem coming to Florida in September lol, last time we came in 2013 It actually got a teeeeeny bit chilly so I wore a cardigan alot but still warm without anything heavy. Came in September this year and it was SOOOOOOO hot lol I have no idea what I was thinking bringing jeans haha! Has Jenn not got any boots?? At least then she can keep her ankles warm if it does get a little chilly, either that it's a good opportunity to have a little shop for something warmer whilst your there.
