I live in Texas. I used to love bathing my horse after riding. I used to bathe me along with him. It was 90+ degrees. Even in the shade. So it felt good to both of us.

I've noticed you don't often have very warm looking weather where you are. Is the water you're using a little warm or is that not recommended? How about soap? I've seen race horses bubbly with soap so I assume it's done.

Yes, just rinse off. We don't was them often with soap. It's not very good for the coat. But when they are really dirty we have to use it!

Most horses don't like it when you shower the head. With a sponge it's okay and you can wash the head good. If you shower the head the water can get into the ears, eyes and nose.

ik denk toch dat je er een volledige dagtaak er aan hebt. voeren ,hok schoonmaken er mee rijden ,door de wasstraat . ook alle spullen schoonmaken zoals zadels enz. het is niet echt een kantoorbaan van 9 tot 6. ha ha !! knap hoor en dat 7 dagen per week .
