I’m Moroccan and live in America. Happy New Year! My kids were sick and had the same symptoms. The Dr prescribed amoxicillin (antibiotics) and they got better. Get well soon!

When I was a kid, my mother used to give me a spoonful of olive oil right before I went to sleep to ease my throat pain and reduce coughing, and it did help. hope they get well soon, and happy new year

Happy New Year Erin! Pro-tip on the acne: I have been living in Tangier now for over a month and started getting the same. A friend just flew in the visit for the New Year and she broke out a few days in also (we are both nearly 40 so acne is not typical). I think it's that coming from the US, the climate here may be drier than our bodies are accustomed to, and the tap water has more minerals which can further irritate skin. I bought some micellar water from my local market and then 98% aloe vera from Miniso (this Asian store is in all the big malls) and this combination of products helps a lot. I am not sure still if our "adult acne" is the result of our skin being too dried out (because I tried just applying a ton of very expensive lotion and this did not help on its own), or simply because of the minerals in the water leaving deposits on the skin barrier, but I use the micellar water after a shower and any time I want to wash my face only using that (you wipe it over your skin with a cotton pad and don't rinse), and then every time I apply the aloe afterwards. My skin seems to drink up the aloe and has cleared a lot. Still not perfect, but definitely better!

Since your son have sore throats you need to treat him for 5 to 7 Days by putting a tablespoon of baking soda and if you don't have any use regular salt and melted in warm water and gargle with it for 5 times a day and spit it in the sink that is the best treatment you could have when you have sore throat no need for antibiotics antibiotic only if you have infection taken too much antibiotic is very bad for your health. If you don't feel good around the throat you have to be checked for strep throat and strep throats and needs antibiotics.

I had the same problem with my daughters. I tried different medicines with no result. Hopefully my grandma gave me the solution. Put some garlic(3 or4) in one quarter litter of olive oil and give them one spoon of the olive oil every morning. You will see that the throat problem will disappear for ever
