I've had the same Tiamat issue on Rek'sai (and a completed Tiamat item) where it doesn't activate even when pressing it repeatedly (not CC'd either) I also have had the same with Rek'sai unburrowed E (Furious Bite) where i can press it while targetting an enemy and it doesn't go off. Rek'sai bugs perhaps?

thats literally why i started using items with the number keys again, its taking a while to get used to it again buttt its more responsive than mb4 and mb5

I mean I never have issues with it not activating this was the first time it just refused to go off so that has to be just a riot thing.

@ nah its been happening a lot now for me i used to have item 3 on mb4 and smite/exhaust if im filled on mb5 but a lot of times it wasn’t registering so im back to playing with default

tiamant u need stand still to cast, stridebreaker u can move and cast. noob :D

I mean yes casting it makes you stand still, but ofc you can activate the item while you are walking. The item not going off there shouldn't be possible just some bug simply put.
