As someone who's had 15 back surgeries, and a chronic pain condition (Adhesive Arachnoiditis) as the result of a (benign) congenital spinal tumor, my heart absolutely breaks for this woman. Knowing how much pain I still have, even with access to good doctors, Rx and OTC meds, I can't imagine this woman's suffering. I hope whatever is causing her pain is treatable, and that you keep us updated on her condition. Blessing to you all, for everything you do for others.

Even thru her pain and poverty she still instills within her daughter not to marry young and become a strong independent educated woman. She understands that the way out of poverty is EDUCATION. That is a great MOTHER.

That dear woman…she’s clearly suffering and unwell. Something is clearly wrong. I truly hope she’s able to see a dr that can figure out what’s wrong and treat her. I live was terrible pain but thankfully I’m blessed to have good doctors and meds and treatments that help me to be able to function to a degree. I can’t imagine just laying in pain everyday, no bed…practically no food,no money…a daughter to raise and very little help. She & her daughter must be so scared. Thank God that you’ve now given them food and a means to make some income…beds….and soon I pray she’ll see a dr.I hope we’ll get to see a follow up video that shows her journey to good health and healing and freedom from pain. So happy for her and her daughter.

Filomena looks like she needs an urgent MRI scan! Conventional medicine, not witchcraft ( I practice witchcraft but, for spirituality not health!) She obviously has a spinal nerve compression/slipped disc/degenerative spine? It's clear she needs adequate analgesia, nutrition ( vitamins, omega 3,6,9 & calcium) +/- surgery +/- nerve ablation! I know the pain, my spine is a mess! Mine caused by serving 30yrs NHS healthcare UK, caring for others! I'm proud of my career, even though it's left me disabled! I so feel for her!

The first few minutes were really hard to watch. imagining to be in so much pain and to not have any medicine or the chance to see a doctor is horrible. I’m so glad you helped her and her family and I hope she gets the medical care she so desperately needs. to have no food or a comfortable bed, all of that is heartbreaking but to be in so much pain really is the worst and it’s so sad bc you can’t enjoy anything. thank you desean and the rest of you guys that you found her.
