I've seen a trend since 2020 of several games actually going up in price on Steam, which I never thought would happen. I know Lisa the Painful doubled in price when they updated it to the "Definitive Edition" last year (it's the only version you can buy). I don't have any better examples atm, but I've seen it on games and soundtracks, and oftentimes quietly without even an update to justify it.

This is great news indeed. There are physical releases of this game in Japan for the Switch and PS4 named Sol Cresta: Dramatic Edition.
