@@GlacialScionaphelios is definitely easier compared to this guy but the concept is basically the same. Just remember the basic combos, like Aphelios’s guns rotation or this new champ’s spell combinations and you’re ready to start playing him. The hard thing that both champs have is what to use in which situation and how can you make their kits work. If you already play Aphelios then this new champ is basically easy to pick up imo.

So to sum it Up, hwei is a mage that Has many great combos, is very versatile, but doesnt seem broken, due to lack of mobility. He Has good damage, good cc and good supporting potential for teamfights. His ultimate seems pretty Nice for a teamfight mage. He deffinitly Has a Massive skill cap. Similar to aphelios. As for design, he looks amaizing and i have nothing Bad to say to that. Overall i rate him a solid 9.5/10

Hes gonna be really good for the the later game teamfights, but likely will have a harder time early game against anyone with decent movement or that can outrange or get their crowd control in first. Wondering if this will have more people run the anti crowd control encantment instead of stasis

Curious about two things: cooldown and mana cost. Presumably using any of the 3 spells from each category will put that category on cooldown. But does the cooldown and mana cost vary between spells? Or is it simply the same for the whole category?

Probably will be like Ryze, same mana but doing the combo give the added effects. For mana cost... Probably the same, i don't feel riot spaghetty can handle multiple costs. He have some mana restoration on his kit... What scares me is, viego will handle it or just get 20 different bugs?

Not sure if you've gotten more info yet, but I'll post this for anyone else who's seen your comment and is wondering - Q- 100 mana level 1 W - 90 mana level 1 E - 50 mana level 1 All spells of the same category share the cooldown, and mana does not change between spells casted in the same category. All spells also have increasing mana costs as you level them.
