I really loved "Find me in Tokyo, rappin' in a skirt, are you catchin' my drift, though?" because as you mentioned the word skirt sounds like skrrrt aka tires screeching, which is cool enough on its own. However, it's made even better when you notice the Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift reference. So she references a movie about car racing in a line where one of the words sounds like a noise a car makes when racing. And as you talked about that's just one line in a whole song filled with moments like that - absolutely mental.
