I can recommend another fun build that revolves around movementspeed. Speed Neeko! I've watch a video for it, but can't find it anymore unfortunatly. You go jungle neeko and build all the AP items that give movement speed. You go the new Boots: Symbotic Soles Then Stormsurge and Lichbane. With these 3 items alone you move already very fast. The funny part is when you gank as a raptor or anything that isn't a champion. They don't see a champion icon on the map and more often than you would think you can approach the enemy before they realize that they are being ganked. Your W makes you also insanely fast. Overall just a real fun build. Definetly not Meta, but it can work surprisingly well

if you play top lane teemo against tanks/bruisers, i usually built botrk second to make sure they think twice about going all in. it clutches 1v1s against anything tanky and you have sustain and att speed to deal with squishier targets

Im pretty sure that purple torch is the only item on teemo that allows u to clear the minion mages with one mushroom (without AA), so I suggest swap the order with liandry (+CDR for more mushrooms)

You shouldn't use your q until they are out of auto attack range or they start hitting you. When you use it at the engage they usually just get away and you get about 2-3 autos and 1 q. If you use it at the end you can get an extra auto every trade if you do it perfectly.

When fed you can also split push, go invis, and just wait for someone to push the wave back conveniently putting them on a path towards you. Do with this information what you will as 90% of league players fall for this simple bait. You are also more likely to get a turret as there will only be that one guy there as the enemy team will think you are long gone
