I get a large part of the community would rather fight bots then players but the whole thing that makes dmz suspenseful if the fact you could run into players and lose your stuff. The game is all about shooting people so quit complaining or go play something else is what I say🤷‍♂️

I very much enjoy both aspects PVP and PVE...but at this point in the games life span with mw3 coming my personal opinion would be don't take the pve out with challenges that focus on PVP. When PVP has become so heavy because of the stage we're at. Everyone knows there will be a wipe with mw3 coming so nobody's doing missions. It's premade or 6mans hunting. So why not try to keep the focus on what's made DMZ great? Nothing better to me when we are working on stuff then roll up on another squad and it's gonna go one of two ways...firefight or friends. But when we take the pve almost completely out then might as well be WZ

@@robertcantu8482 I agree 100% I love the random encounters of other teams and the unexpected firefights that can take place while we do missions. Makes it so much fun. But it seems with the spawns being moved closer and the new challenges the devs are making it more PVP and less pve. I love both and want both. I hate being pushed by premade 6mans only looking to hunt but it is funny that they get clapped in the process. I say just leave a good medium so players want to do both

Surely you can cheese the damascus dog tags and essentially make one out of thin air. Let me explain. First take your 10 streak character in with 2 friends. One needs a secure bag. You die. They put your damascus tag in the secure bag. They exfil completely and leave the game. The other team mate revives you, you'll have your 10 streak operator still and your friend who exfilled will have a free damascus tag in their bag

You dont even really need a secure bag, just have the teammate with the damascus dog tag go through koshei and exist while it loads.

In season 1-3 it was so much easier to find Damascus tags, but now it is almost impossible because of all the six man teams. They need to limit the squad size so DMZ can get back to what it was. Right now it feels like amateur Warzone. Keep up the content Clap!

Me and my squad is doing this challenge and we have acquired the premium liquor amongst all three of us. Next we have to do Koshei again and then Al mazrah and we finished. We are doing basically three times over because we each want the camo. Easiest way to get the Damascus tags is to get one of your operators exfil streaks up from infil and exfil of Koshei. Once each person has a 10 streak, you split your team and 1 person goes in solo but you guys match make the same lobby and basically swap your teams tags and exfil with secure bag. It will allow you to take there tag but since they will get revived and still be considered an enemy when you exfil you get the tags and they keep the exfil streak. Highly recommend everyone be fully geared with secure bags / large bags and stealth vests before running this.

Exactly because of this reason alone, it’s going to make it even more rare & harder to find a Damascus Dog Tag. Because of all the PVP, it will be a very rare chance that someone will be able to exfil 10 times without being kill! Especially when everyone who plays this game is looking for the same thing, also remember there is a mission that involves a Damascus Dog Tag, and I think there is a passive upgrade that requires two Damascus Dog Tags as was!!! In order to find it means you have to kill operators…. It’s going to be highly unlikely that someone would even be able to get their operator to Damascus with everyone looking for this!!! It’s almost impossible, which is going to make this one of the rarest camos probably in warzone history. It’ll probably be even rarer than the top 250 Ranked camo!!!!!!

It’s not that hard to get a 10 exfil streak. It takes a little effort but most ppl don’t even bother doing missions in dmz anyway. That’s wat makes that tag super rare to find. Ppl just load in. And try to make a 6 man or pvp just because. A lot of ppl can’t even name a dmz mission pass tier one on any faction lol

I mean you can easily get a Damascus tag from a friend and team up and spawn in, have them join up with someone else, and kill them and get it that way. But I haven’t ever seen anyone with a Damascus tag any other way than that. The highest level tag I have killed is gold. And no I didn’t mean that it’s completely impossible that way I think you took that the wrong way I mean I’ve got two operators sitting right now with Damascus dog tags. No it’s not impossible but I meant as far as right now being impossible because everyone is grinding for the same thing that’s what I mean by it, because everyone is looking for it.

The idea of requiring the hunting of damascus tags just seems counterintuitive to me. Creates more bloodthirsty lobbies which lessens the existence of such tags. Not to mention there isnt necessarily an extra skill element to killing someone with these tags, someone with a damascus tag in all likelihood just did some quick contracts a bunch of times so they could get the perks (I've had random squadmates tell me this is what they're doing), so it's just a lot of luck and playing insane hours to collect em. I love a good pvp battle but to keep this mode interesting theyre gonna need to add a lot more PvE and collaborative content imo

Just found out that to earn the Damascus Dog Tag, players must eliminate an enemy with more than ten successful exfils in a row. We'll I must be really safe then. 😂 No chance for me to have any, given the number of times as a friendly solo I've be slaughtered at the EU server exfils. All those downed exfils, with no responses to 'friendly' proximity chat, no revives once downed, and no allowance for those attempting solo missions. Then again, I keep playing in the hope that this noob can get better. But I guess I will slowly turn into a non trusting enemy at anyone's exfil. More is the shame.

I'm a friendly team kind of person with the live n let live mentality, but dmz gets you jaded fast, n though I only kill players that attack my team, I usually revive them n still give them the opportunity to go about they're business n missions. But after loading into dmz for the third time after getting steamrolled by a 6 man team, without getting revived once n losing everything including those few keys that are hard to find, I get not so friendly n stop reviving n start looting the players who attack.

I was recently downed by an exfil camper, and to a teams credit they tried to revive me as the exfilled. Unfortunately the camper had a big scope and height advantage and took out that team too. But I will always remeber that moment of kindness on Ashika.

In most extraction shooters, the PvP compliments the PvE in that both are tracks to progression; both offer the same rewards at different rates. PvE runs less risk and takes a little longer, while PvP is instant gratification with high risk. DMZ does not have this. At all. Its too easy to regain and PvP is essentially meaningless. Having this stupid skin dependent on Damascus tags just exacerbates the problem.
