I am crying.... I saw "In a sea of darkness, b a ray of lite." Those words r powerful. I will keep this powerfull msg in my mind. But, still y am i forgiving to those who bring me down & keep bringing me down? I was meant to b "Caring, loving, protective, respectable & to not harm a soul" while, living in a cruel world.

@@SigningwStephanie, O.M.G. **literally starts to cry.** thank u. & Yes. Hee hee Yes. I try to b amazing i even try my best to live my live everyday & try to, even thou i cannot, take away my disabilities cuz, i wan to feel that warm welcoming feeling, loved, care for & apart of something. Just as i see in the mall a group of teens hangin' around other teens their age just laughing, mingling, engaging in conventions & just having a good time. That's wat i wish for when, i always see it but, i don't think I'll b able to experience that.

@@Manami_Miku TRUST me when I say that Even the MOST POPULAR kids feel left out in their OWN friend group because in reality each one is worried about how THEY look and they NEVER feel good enough, ALL humans feel like we are less then. I was not unpopular when I was a teen, you could be cool, good looking etc and STILL feel like you do! I was too caring, So it didn't matter if I was attractive or cool, The upper popular kids didn't want kind they wanted to make fun of those who they thought were "beneath them" and I would always help those kids, Even in my friend group I would look around at all the "teens" laughing at the mall or going places and say man i wish i had that.. And I did have friends! And we were all accepted by our classmates, My school had this weird split where it was judged by "truly popular - Regular popular - average - unpopular - And even with me and my friends be in the so called "regular popular group, I STILL felt like I wanted what you said you wanted. DO NOT think any of that matters. It is SOO dumb when you get older, It's all superficial garbage, But you know what will stay with you and what actually will make you happier in life.. HELPING those who feel worse than you do, Helping those who get bullied, Being there for them, Picking them up when they are down. Some of the worst feelings I had was not from friends but it was when in some very rare moments, In order to be cool, I treated people badly who did not need that, Luckily I hated doing that so much I never did it again. I LOVE to help those who are pushed down by others. Helping those who feel like you do or worse is so fulfilling you don't need to be in the "cool kids club" You can have only one amazing friend in the world and that is all you need. Never let this get you down! You will realize it was NEVER worth it!

My fiancé hates it when, i try to hide wat happen & wan to b mute. I had tried to sign to him trying not to cry @ times but, he has helped me to speak up & that it is okie to say wat goes on since, my second language is my voice. 1st is ASL that i tought myself during birth i was mute & learned to speak w/ my hands & w/ speaking i was also scared to tell wat gone on even w/ my horrible dyslexia. This song also helped me to understand that & grasp the concept of using my words when, i will not b defeted cuz, althou, my voice wasn't my 1st lang8it has shaped me to b a woman to speak & defend for her rite(s) & fight battles then, she was scared to do b'4, this is me. I will not allow my coworks to take advantage of me & keep blaming me for their wrongs, i stand up to all my rites when, it comes down to trying to get blamed. They recently tried it again & I WAS NOT BACKING DOWN THIS TIME i told them, i felt is wasn't rite to take blame for wat others do. I put my foot down & told my fiancé & he was happy to see, i don't get upset & try use asl, to get blamed for other's wrong doings i stood up for wat was rite & didn't act cowardly. I habe been trying hard to learn how to cope w/ dyslexia & i was so happy i finished another, my 2nd chapter book today w/ out studdering to read long words & getting frustrated. I am 27 & althou my brain development is slow & is @ 15 yrs old w/ a 2nd to 3rd grade reading level i have managed to learn to read chapter books that hav 34 or 50 chapters in it. I wan. B come someone that can stand up to bullies & not someone who's scared of them as i was in past. I recently finally did make 1 friend it fun making friends & not b bullied for who u r, for how u look &/or dress like. This is who i am mean to b, This is me! This vid i wanna watch over & over it has shown me that i have confidence throu anything i put my mind to so, don't allow others to bring me down block them out & avoid them. When, i saw her on the steps i saw myself & waned to go hid in corner & cry my eyes out cuz, that how it was for me growing up not being like cuz, i couldn't speak too well & couldn't say the rite words i waned to say & so, i was not only made fun of, bullied & teased i was also called a rat. I was told bullies only bullie others cuz, they wan make others feel how they were bullied & they find that as an "okie" thing to do when, it isn't.

Growing up, I had a friend who's parents were deaf. I learned sign language from him. Always thought it was a beautiful language. Later, I had friends that were hearing impaired. Then at 23, I started teaching my baby girl some simple signs because she hadn't started speaking yet and I wanted to communicate with her better. At 26, I began to lose my hearing. I had been diagnosed with aggressive Sarcoidosis. (At 21). My hearing has gotten worse; completely deaf in one ear and only 20% in the other. The thing with my Sarcoidosis is my remaining hearing is garbled. So hearing aids; surgery won't work. I am amazed watching this channel!! It's inspiring!! I always rewatch the videos whenever I'm struggling! ❤

This is gorgeous!! I love how sign language adds a whole new depth of emotion and expression. Personally, I don’t need ASL. However, if you’re considering learning it, I’ve never regretted learning it. It means so much to some with a hearing impairment to have somebody that can speak their language. I’ve never regretted the time I spent learning it.

Stephanie, I browse a lot on You Tube and found this video by a very lucky chance. It is the most touching and loving music video that I have ever watched and it brought many tears, some sad and some very happy. I thank you and the others for such a beautiful, uplifting video. I will be sharing it with everyone I know. I am 67 yrs. old and several years ago, I was diagnosed with (and I will spell it wrong) Manere's Disease. It is a progressive loss of hearing that can take years or I could wake up in the morning and be totally deaf. There is no cure and hearing aids would be useless due to the progression of loss. As of one month ago, I have a 90% loss in my right ear and 85% loss in my left ear. I consider myself lucky because it has been a slow progression therefore I have been able to adapt as it goes along. I guess I'm telling you this because when I watch such beautiful videos as this one, my desire to keep going and enjoy life to the max gets stronger. Again, thank you for sharing your beauty in song. P.S. I just become a subscriber!!!
