It was not made for the Olympics. It was recorded to serve as the opening theme for Super Bowl LII. It was then used for the 2018 Olympics because it’s theme was relevant to the competition.

Absolutely amazing song and video. I remember when this song came out! This duo nails it perfectly, Carrie’s vocals are surreal. She has come so far since American Idol( from country, R&B, pop and gospel. The combination of Carrie and Ludacris couldn’t get any better. They nail this out of the park together! The video is amazing to see people of all ages, including those who serve and protect, those who save lives, the athletes,those who have disability’s , and seeing the young children being treated for cancer.
