Wonderful shots to end a drought! I had a terrible March for image captures, as well; spent easily 30 plus hours in Feb/March looking for snowy owls and not a one and too early for much else on the (still frozen fresh) waterways here. I 'love' how you scoop up a bit of the ocean with the lens hood at the end of the video!

Amazing low angle that threw the background and foreground out of focus. And the underwater shots that show the clean water is very relieving, the wildlife need that environment. Thanks Trond for bringing the audience to the scene. By the way I see your lens was front wet when you pack home. Do you store it in a dry cabinet to prevent fungus ?

Hi Trond. As always great photos. I see you change camera due to crop factor. I understand you use 4S due to better light performance, but have you considered for example D850 which gives you the same result as D500 when you crop? Then you would not have to change houses as you do in this video.

Just out of curiosity, what is the shutter count in your cameras? I have had my D500 for nearly two years and broke the 30k mark just recently. You seem to take a lot more pictures so it would be interesting to know.
