Done this before but I prefer lamination, it's so much fun! I do it after resting 30 minutes after the second fold

Where did you get the wooden bowl?

Plz presoak any dry items of this size that are folding into your dough. Otherwise it will rob moisture from the dough itself and inhibit the crumb and rise.
