This is my husband's favorite dinner recipe and he makes it at least twice a week
Ingredients and recipe:
250g Pork belly
Cut the pork into slices
30ml/2tbsp Soy sauce
15ml/1tbsp Oyster sauce
A pinch of white sugar
A pinch of salt
Mix well
Medium heat
Olive oil or others
Add the pork into pot
Fry for 3-5 minutes
1tbsp Dark soy sauce(optional)
Fry for 2 minute to get the pork good color
1 Onion
2 cloves of garlic
Fry for 2 minutes
1 red bell pepper and cut to pieces
1 yellow bell pepper and cut to pieces
Fry for 1 minutes
Pour the sauce mixture into the pot
Fry for 2 minutes
15g Cilantro
Fry for 1 minute
Done !
