Mamita's little "mrrps" at about 7:05 is adorable, talking to you! Spring is in full swing here in east-central Alberta. We planted our little veg garden this past weekend, frost threat is low now. We do not have big snails or cuckoos but yes crows, magpies, mourning doves, chickadees, wrens, robins and sparrows. Our senior black cat patrols the back yard but does not try to chase birds. We only let him out during the day with supervision, like your gang. The subtle use of music was a lovely accent.

Spring is really a visually very attractive time of the year. I have a feeling that wherever I point the camera at, everything looks great. 🙂 Only mosquitoes are a huge obstacle and I struggle a lot with them. I'm allergic to their bites. Win some, lose some. 😹

I can see you dont have a vegetable garden. If you would, then the snails would not be so wonderfull anymore :P At least thats my experience from not having one and now having one. I enjoyed this video. Very calming and good quality stuff. Cats are great creatures.

Are those snails like the French people eat? How luminous Petit's eyes are! This is a wonderful video, thank you!
@PetitTheBlackCat5 ай бұрын
Not only in France, snails are eaten in many countries, but they are definitely the leaders. Personally, I couldn't eat them (as well as snakes, frogs and the like). Normally I eat meat. 🙂
@ellecee4535 ай бұрын
@@PetitTheBlackCat I just wondered. I couldn't eat them either. I saw a little video of a really big snail eating a carrot. It was incredible. I don't know if it was real or not. They are such beautiful creatures.

Lovely. Thank you. I watched another cat site’s videos yesterday and even though hers had a lot of the same elements you have there were others I didn’t really like. She plays a lot of music :/ maybe because there’s too few background birds own music which I prefer. Also her land is drier. She’s a good person though. Has a few nice videos of bugs too. In this day and age we need this peacefulness. We’re really just grown children anyway. The adult world can be pretty tough. Waiting for your next installment.

Yes, i did enjoy it very much. The lovely photography, the colours, no annoying musjc or spoken comment. Unfortunately i couldn't read all of the written comnent, az it is too small on my phone. I partucularly loved the birds, some of which i haven't heard for a long time, annd it is reassuring to hear so many, and during the day. Here in Melbourne we hear very few birds, and then only at dawn and dusk. A magic experience, took me back to my childhood

Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂 As for the written comments, do you watch the video horizontally or vertically? If you turn your phone horizontally and watch the video in full screen, it might help.

Thank you so much for your videos ! It's perfect for chill and rest after a long day. We discovered your channel a month ago, because Petit looks like our black cat (except our cat is more talkative) and because of it name too ! (we are French). We love to hear the sound of the nature but the music in the video was also good ! Every day my husband ask me if there is a new video, but I tell him that it took a lot of time to make it so it can't be every day (and it's perfect like that). Thank you so much for your work and to share with peole the love you have for your cats and their daily aventures !

This is one of the nicest comments I've ever get. ❤ Thank you very much. And yes, (unfortunately) it takes some time to make a video like this. I try to always edit freshly filmed material, and sometimes I have problems with not having ideal conditions for filming outside (too much traffic noise, people mowing lawns, raining all day) so the gap between two videos can be even longer. I want everything to be perfect and that takes time. 🙂

Your place is really lush and green. I guess the rain did a good job😉. I also noticed how sharp and precise your camera is. The recording of the snail was so clear. I also enjoyed the music at the beginning/end, it was very subtle. And sweet Petit's fur in the sun was so shiny. He is so fluffy, I know I mentioned it on many of your videos, but he is (and the supplement might have helped😁). Have a great day

Thanks so much! 😊 I use macro lenses for some shots (snails, bugs etc). Do you like the ratio of cats to nature scenes/other animals in this video?
@Anita-rq9ev5 ай бұрын
@@PetitTheBlackCat I enjoy your videos. The ratio is fine, as long I don't see many bugs, not a lover 😅. Snails are absolutely fine. Having said that, it's your channel. Please do and film what you experiene/encounter 👍

*Petit's Emerald Eyes* (Verse 1) In the whispering glade where shadows dance, Lies a feline prince, Petit by name. His eyes, a verdant secret, a stolen glance, As green as the grass in the morning's flame. (Chorus) Oh, Petit, Petit, with eyes so bright, A forest sentinel under moon's soft light. Handsome and wild, a creature of grace, In the heart of the woods, he finds his place. (Verse 2) His fur, a midnight cloak, weaves tales untold, A mystery wrapped in ebony silk. Through ancient pines, his wanderlust unfolds, And the stars above, they hum and they sing. (Chorus) Oh, Petit, Petit, with eyes so bright, A forest sentinel under moon's soft light. Handsome and wild, a creature of grace, In the heart of the woods, he finds his place. (Bridge) The wind carries whispers of his legend afar, Of midnight chases and moonbeam leaps. He guards the secrets of each twinkling star, And the nightingales serenade him in their sleep. (Chorus) Oh, Petit, Petit, with eyes so bright, A forest sentinel under moon's soft light. Handsome and wild, a creature of grace, In the heart of the woods, he finds his place. (Outro) So raise your voices, ye woodland kin, Sing of Petit's eyes, like emerald dew. For in this folk song, his tale shall begin, A black cat's magic, forever true.
