The population is Lagos is more than the space the state can accommodate. There’s need to build more high rise buildings like other cities. Deforestation is growing so bad in Lagos and other parts of the countries which is going to cost of devastation in the future of the state because it’s below sea level and it needs more green areas than others states. No land is spare in Lagos. Noise, human and air pollution not to talk of waste pollution. I believe more needs to be done to Lagos before it’s too late. Too many illegal occupants from neighbouring countries flooding into Lagos for businesses.

Lakowe is the only place in Lagos that I can say is the most beautiful and developed with green space. Mr. Dele Ali truly knows what properties and development should be not like other property developers that knows nothing about infrastructure. I hope the place is maintained because what Nigeria lacks most is maintenance and accountability.

Could you please confirm the payment plan? While watching the video, I visited the website, which seems to indicate a 30-year payment plan. However, in your video, you mentioned a 12-month plan. Could you clarify this?
@ownahometv2 күн бұрын
30 year payment plan is for the mortgage financing from the bank. If you are financing yourself, then the maximum is 12 months

Beautiful content I love it. but I observe something and I want to ask, why do u guys still erect pool power lines? Can't we do it underground? U know it looks beautiful. That's just my observation, thank you.
@ownahometv2 күн бұрын
I know it does. It’s both a luxury and mass market. So it’s a matter of cost and logistics.

Lagos is an old city, whereby most of those infrastructure have been in place using old ways, although there are certain estates etc with underground cables built from scratch in Lagos, it will cost the Govt a lot of money to start moving or removing poles and lay them underground, also some properties will be affected to do that. However Nigeria's capital Abuja, is a purposefully designed city from scratch so the electric and telecoms Cables are underground, no wires and poles.
