I did treseme hair deals tonight- 1,250 kicks/ $5 back and the bottles were $5.97 each. I work part time at Walmart and my discount took off $.60 each. So $.37 each bottle. I decided to try it b/c I can easily return them. Every last kick was approved from the time I scanned at the register and got to my vehicle. I am livid about old spice- I did 4 sets of 5, 12/21 at 12:30 pm 2 sets of 5, 12/21 at 7:30 pm The first 4 approved 12/23 & last 2 sets 12/25. I didn’t cash out right away b/c of Christmas and being busy. POOF 12/30 all 51,000 kicks just gone. I did the deals in good faith and SK failed big time. For now, I think I will limit using SK to items my family of 8 will use, and not much else.

I honestly liked coupons far better than rebate apps because now we are all fronting them money when in the past we never paid it out to begin with. I highly dislike that Ibotta is trying to own the store apps as well. The deals at FD and DG are far less now.

I'm just sick about it all. I knew something was up after my two December 22nd transactions were processing for several days. I then got a reply saying they couldnt read my receipt. The other reply was that I didn't purchase the eligible products. I went back and forth via email with pics (again) of my receipts. They have stopped replying back. I knew I got scammed. Yes I went ham on this deal 13x$6.97 and 5x$6.97....and have learned my lesson. It was too good to be true. I was going to return everything but after calming down a bit these deoderants will still be donated to our unhoused and veterans.. I will eat this one but have learned my lesson. I no longer trust SK going forward and will take a break from that app for now. 2024 ended on somewhat of a bad note for many in our coupon community. Hi Nick i stopped using Shop kick years ago. They started by not honoring their own offers,then one day i opened my app and it had malware. So that was it for me. These apps and retail establishments, dont understand or care about the couponing community. We work very hard to get our deals and we dont like that disrupted in any way. What retailers forget is the consumer has the control of their wallets. We decide when and where to open them. Thats the power we have. I have also noticed CVS has gone down hill. Their app is terrible, prices to high and service has gone down hill. So i now shop there less. One more issue i have, im curious does anyone else notice, its getting harder to use paper coupons anywhere. I know Walmart changed their coupon policy, so i can no longer use coupons there. Sadly these are the type of problems we will see with ALL of the digital technology. Cash, paper coupons, physical gift cards hold physical weight, they aren't going to just vanish unnoticed, unaccounted for after the deal is done. How much trust are you really willing to put into all the digital stuff? Don't put what you can't afford to lose in a digital basket 😭. I've been couponing for over a decade and I don't like how things are changing. These things did help and they were great, until they aren't anymore.

I did 10 OS deodorants on 12/22/24(2 different varieties). My receipt sat "processing" for EIGHT DAYS then got denied and got the same canned message you did. I wrote to them and have yet to get a response. Nothing short of getting what was promised to me(17,000)is ok. They have voided their contract with we the consumers and I will never use them again. l will contact the BBB and my state's consumer affairs department and every one else should also take this action against them.

I am beyond frustrated!!! I did not participate in the old spice rebate but when I went in to redeem some of my 72000 kicks which I have been saving for more than 1 year. They inactivated my account and said it was because I had broken their rules about scanning images of barcodes codes which I have not. To add there is no visibility to this. - Actually still show kicks received (not zero) - No activity line for the reversal - Notification dissappeared after 1 or 2 dats. - Kick balance simply lowered. If someone wasn't watching accout or social media, they would have no clue why the kick balance decreased.

I'm in the exact same boat as you. I tried cashing out for a Visa. It said there was a problem to contact support. Support said ok, we fixed it, try again. I did and it still doesn't work. They haven't yanked any kicks yet, but they haven't awarded 6 Old Spice and I'm nervous to say the least. I put in a 2 star review on Google saying if they correct the issue I will update the review. This is honestly ridiculous I purchased 35 sticks and they literally took the kick back out of my account. I was waiting on paypal to hopefully pop back up which is never did.... They are handling this very poorly. The problem is between Old Spice (Proctor & Gamble), and Shopkick. Sorry that someone at Shopkick messed up (or was it P&G's fault?). But we shouldn't have to bear the brunt of this mistake. I'm glad I only bought 8 deodorants (donated them to the church, so can't get a refund). I'm trying to figure out how to file a complaint with the BBB, and how to contact P&G and ask if they realize what is going on.

And probably freaked out once they realized how many people were doing them and waiting for over $200 back each account and decided to back track. I no longer use the app since the taxes update. So I actually benefitted from all of this. Which is weird. I ended up only doing one old spice deodorant rebate. I got my kicks back for that AND I was able to cash it out immediately. I also ended up receiving 5,000 kicks in my account today despite only buying one old spice and not getting my kicks taken from me. So I basically got a free $20 gift card out of this whole thing. I understand that it may have been a glitch and them taking back or nit approving the old spice receipts. But the i am upset about several thing. First is how they handeled it. There ahould have been an announcement that there was a glitxh and they are freezing accounts until its sorted out. Second, they should have only taken back the kicks for the old spice. I have over 99000 kicks in my account. They took back not juat the kicks for the old spice but for everything else too. That isnt right. They can no longer say that it was because of the old spice deal because they took an additional 30k in kicks from other deals. Im so upset by this whole thing. Of course when i ask for my kicks back that werent for the old spice, i get the generic email of being awarded 5000 points. Its so frustrating. Then to have reversed peoples gift cards. That has taken it too far. They shoukd have eaten the loss on those. If they make right the non old spice kicks, i will not be using shopkick

this is crazy, I was heading to store for the protein and as soon as I stepped into the store, it disappeared. I mean I was literally in the car outside to make sure I got the right size and when I went to scan code, it was not available anymore.. HTF!

I cashed mine out to gift cards, and none of them have been deactivated, still have their balance. I don’t trust them though, has anyone actually gotten their gift card awards emptied after they already received them?

Im only been using them not quite 2.5 years, been threatening to quit multiple times over the same stuff, thus was last straw!! Broke the 🐫 back!! 😢😮😢 Logged out, and un-installed app!! Yes they screwed me out of 98,000 kicks ! I have a picture of it saying that I should get it. No problems with the scan at all. Same thing a week to process. Then cones back with no eligible products. They screwed me bigggggg time ! Sorriness!!!
