Pinkerton is my fav weezer album, if you are not a fan of this style of weezer, I bet you would love the green album. it was a reaction to people hating Pinkerton. They created the most commercial sounding pop-rock album possible, 'classic weezer fans' aren't the biggest fan of green, but as you are some-what new to weezer, I think you would enjoy it. Great video btw! actually good reaction video to an album.

@@Chazzs I heard green is very commercial. I really liked the instrumental sound of Pinkerton, and prefer them to have a more “harsher” rock sound, but Weezer is a very mixed bag. The lyrics are kinda wild to me but knowing it’s loosely based off an opera gives some sort of sense to them. Appreciate you watching!

If you like pinkerton i HIGHLY recommend the b-sides and demos from the pinkerton era. They honestly sound just as good, if not better than the songs off pinkerton

Listening to Pinkerton for the first time with the lyric available is the worst way to listen to that album. When it came out there were no lyrics in the booklet so you tended to focus on the melodies and harmonies and musicians shit. Read the weird lyric when hearding it for the first time is going to ruin the experieince.
