its funny to, cause I have been trying to work thru this fear, but I was ignoring it or like pushing it off. instead of working thru the feeling. so I went for a walk and at the lake there was geese that were half diving. sticking there butts up, and I first thought was oh why haven't they gotten any fish tho? it was like you can't be half you have to go for it in order to find the food.. no? idk been having an insane tower moment. so thank you for helping me see that. its always a lil giggly that you hit points of things happening around me in weird ways, sometimes it makes no sense then hits the exact thing I'm fighting. or you get it dead on and explain something that I see but I don't fully get it yet. thanks for the help, because its true I have to work thru this and based on how intense it is, its only pushing me harder. I have never had anyone’s help, I am tired of doing it alone I am tired of the loss and grief. But I have to pay the bills and keep going.
