Fun fact: Despite fascism's reputation as a hyper-warmongering ideology, Mussolini, arguably its main founder, was infamous for spending too little in the army when the war begun. Only 20% (at most, realistic estimates were even lower) of Italy's budget went to its equipment and logistics at the peak of the war, which was one of the reasons it did so poorly against the allies. For comparison, Germany during the same time period spent 75% of its budget on its army, while the United States spent 43%. He really, REALLY wanted to make the trains run on time.

@@loirojose9298 The vanilla game already says it all in the Vittoria Mutilatta national spirit's description, Italy was PISSED that they lost so many men in World War One to completely unify its home region, only for France and England to come in and swoop all the gains. Not as angry as Germany, of course, but boy does losing thousands of soldiers for about 4 small counties total (3 counties and 1 duchy, depending on how you feel about Savoy) only to be denied even that make a country see red.

If, for whatever reason, you decide to play this mod again in a future video, might I suggest using the "research all" command on every country. Imagine fighting WW1 with power armor and nukes. And the best part of all, you get to use chemical weapons at the very start of the game. Not to mention the insane buffs all the troops will get from all the doctrines.
