I found out about your channel from Eric. I feel u dude - I was there in '96, Game 4 triple OT loss, watching the Avs skate the Cup around. I was a 13 year-old boy at the time... I remember my mom trying to get me to leave right after the game but i wanted to see it.... The Cup. I remember crying on the way home. I fell out of love with hockey and the Cats during the dark years. As a season ticket holder since 1994-95, I felt betrayed by the owners then - a bunch of empty promises. We gave up our tickets circa 2010 or so. When the Panthers announced they were parting ways with Dale Tallon, i knew the owners , Vinny and Doug, were serious about wanting to win. I started to fall in love with the team all over again. Now here I am. As a former player, it was my dream to one day play for the Stanley Cup. Sadly my career ended in juniors. This team winning is the only way i could experience the feeling of what it would be like - ugh this feels so close yet so far away. The constant bullying from other teams fans is a lot to endure - I dont think people realize everything weve been through as a fan base. anyways thanks for the video man. Cheers
