I go Puerto Vallarta 29/12/21-6/1/22 I go two times, maybe go more. I rent car and stay hotel . Go many where. Driving 500 km. Around city. Love this city too pretty

It seems that Mexico has switched gears on tourists and Americans coming there. Plus the price of real estate to food is compatible to nicer places in the states.. what is going on??

Yes, that’s true; real estate/food are pretty much at the same level with US cities if you’re in central PV (Zona Romántica, Downtown, etc.) If you get further from the popular areas though, both food and real estate prices drop. Thank you for watching 🙂🙏
