If i do anything with my boys that has to do with them being in the water and movement, they get really hungry after...idk what it is but water and excercise makes them hungry, i try to give them something (light/ healthy) after to keep em satisfied til breakfast..theyre 10, 9, 6, but its something i noticed for sure...love u guys!

I’ve never tried turkey chili (turkey is really hard to find in New Zealand) but for my beef chili I always add a shot of black coffee and it really intensifies the flavour and makes it taste so good! A spoon of cocoa powder works well too 😊

My daughter was the same way with teeth. She didn’t get her first two teeth until like 11 months old and then she just basically got them all at once.. hang in there mama the next few weeks will be hard with teething and lack of napping but it’ll hopefully pass soon! ❤️
