Girl I have 4 boys under 8. (my bonus kids that are twins 8 & my two that are 7 & almost 3) As sometimes I'm organized the other half something goes outta hand. It's just mom life. If i do anything with my boys that has to do with them being in the water and movement, they get really hungry after...idk what it is but water and excercise makes them hungry, i try to give them something (light/ healthy) after to keep em satisfied til breakfast..theyre 10, 9, 6, but its something i noticed for sure...love u guys!
