Other instructors who left his company / organisation have since spoken out against him but again nothing is being done to protect the general public from him. Safeguarding code worked with police to have him removed as welfare officer for a franchisees martial arts club after looking into his background but again he’s still in a position to teach.

I'm not claiming it was quality 'art'. But yeah, it probably WAS intended as 'art' - since she published it (instead of hiding it), and the 'opportunity' had passed without her acting on it. However, some questions - had this artist robbed several banks before; kept her plan secret; bought guns and swag bags; arranged a getaway driver to fly 3000+ miles on a given date (in the following week), etc.? Because if she had done some/most of these things, you'd probably have a good case against her. Just as the prosecution had a good case against Plumb, for similar.

Funny things is, I was required to give a declaration in writing as a witness. The police officer tried to make me incriminate myself telling me what to write. I think he had his own agenda to fulfill and making me write things to match his agenda seemed OK to him. Well, he could if he had an accomplice of reasonable physical fitness. Which is exactly what he thought he was getting (but who was really a cop). The crime is whether he had genuine intent or not. Not whether he would definitely have succeeded. Fortunately for the world, his IQ is low (which is why his previous abductions failed). But that doesn't mean he wouldn't have tried. He'd made specific arrangements for his 'accomplice' to definitely fly to the UK. He'd also really attempted it in the past (4 victims, in 3 separate incidents). He'd bought restraints, chloroform, etc. He'd chartered her movements, and security arrangements. He'd found somewhere to 'keep' her. And he'd made numerous comments, about fantasy no longer being 'enough". That he no longer 'cared about the consequences', etc. So gee whizz. Imagine if he HAD found an American on his doorstep, willing to break in and carry out the abduction (an accomplice could have gained entry; opened the door for Plumb turd, etc.) You want to tell me, turd would have just said - 'oh, I was only ever kidding, mate. Sorry you flew thousands of miles for it, ha ha!'? Even though his plan was indeed flawed, absolutely he intended to try it out.

It's the overall picture, and you know it. I've no idea why you're minimising his crimes. He was also found in possession of bondage restraints; chloroform, etc. And he filmed videos, claiming they were for use in the crimes. He'd also tried to carry out abductions/sexual assaults before - actually attacking victims in real life. And on top of that, he discussed at length with the 'accomplice', his plans. He had said fantasy wasn't enough any more; he didn't care about the consequences; he'd arranged for his accomplice to fly 3000+ miles on a certain date to help, etc. He was so obsessed, he had a million+ photos of Holly and other intended victims on his phone. So yeah. If you've done similar (discussing tying somebody up with zip ties and threatening them with a knife; obsessive planning of it; arranging accomplices; a history of tying people up with zip ties, etc.) - maybe it would be reasonable, to consider if you had more nefarious purposes in mind, for your zip ties.
