Gpu minimum requirement is 6gb vram and ur gpu is 4gb vram. If u feel ur after effects is laggy go and change memory usage in after effects or set preview to quarter

When should I use topaz, before edit or after edit or both and should I use topaz before handbrake or after if its after exporting?

after editing use it twice and make sure it is at 100% setting not 200% so as not to increase resolution ...... Then after the first 2 topaz go back to after effects and add your cc to the topazed clip and export it again. Add it to topaz but this time use 200% scaling....... After that then you can compress with handbrake or whatever you choose to use but I recommend Handbrake or Media Encoder............ you can check my edits for reference
