Its just that the chances of transmitting it is significantly decreased, and you dont get extremely sick anymore (there are exceptions and the vaccine has a certain succes rate, I all understand this). Which is the entire reason the vaccine exists in the first place. To prevent people from getting into the ER. There is a general misconception on how vaccines work, they arent a cure, they just help you build antibodies. And as far as natural protection goes for people who got better after they had covid, you've made antibodies for the desease, that doesnt mean you cant get it again. I've done my research trust me. The only thing im gonna add is that its mostly unvaccinated people who end up in the ER, in my country 80% of the people who end up hospitalized are unvaxed. They take up space for people who really need to get a corona unrelated surgery for things like cancer. To me thats fucking ridiculous and selfish as fuck. Cause because of those people they postpone every other operation like transplants and such. @Max Sergeant Countries and states within the US that have the highest vaccination rates are where they are now seeing the highest increase of infection. This againg speaks to lack of efficacy of the vaccine, boosters and that it may be causing the virus to mutate and become more transmissable. But...I still state...this is a virus that has better than a 98.5% survival rate across the board.
